What is your shipping policy and how long does delivery take?

We ship to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times generally range from 3-5 business days for domestic shipments within Saudi Arabia, and may take 5-10 business days for international destinations. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for real-time updates.


What is your return and exchange policy?

At Teddy, customer satisfaction is our priority. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
